ABC 2025 Spring Party and Annual Meeting

and Celebrate 32 Years of Annapolis Bicycle Club

Agenda is being finalized and includes:

• Cocktail hour from 5:00pm-5:30pm in "The Players Grill"    

• 32nd year toasts to ABC at 5:30pm in the The Players Grill
• Seating for meeting and dinner 5:30-7:30-ish. Preordered meals will be served. Our area will be nicely decorated for us

• Introductions of Club President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Board members, and our various leaders and volunteers
• Welcome and introductions to our newer members
• Valuable Club business - Safety, insurance, waivers, guests, by-laws, membership, financials, classes...
• Rides - Updates about our major and newer events. Being a ride leader.

Any Member in good standing interested in being considered for any of these positions may submit their interest by 2/16/25 at 11:59pm by sending an email to board@annapolisbicycleclub.org to be on the ballot.

Venue and meal - ABC will be in a private area. The meal is served individually and you'll order from the menu when you register. 

Registration covers meal entrée with bread service and salad, dessert, soft drinks, tax, tip, etc. ABC is paying the balance of the bill. Pay via the ABC website annapolisbicycleclub.org or our smart phone app when you register.

Cash bar for attendees to pay for all bar beverages.

Select your entrée at the time you register.

Menu 

All entrees are accompanied by a house salad, starch, vegetable, warm rolls & butter, coffee, iced tea & lemonade. Birthday cake for dessert.

Choose 1 per person:

1. Pecan Crusted Salmon. Fresh baked salmon filet crusted with a pecan topping & a honey-Dijon drizzle.
2. Beef Tips Burgundy. Beef tips cooked in burgundy wine with peppers, mushrooms, and onions.
3. Pesto-Alfredo Ravioli. Jumbo cheese stuffed ravioli smothered in homemade pesto-alfredo sauce.

Other

We will have our jerseys and our polo shirts to try on and buy. More about that at the dinner.

Registration will close when we meet the capacity limit 48 or the deadline of 4 days before the event. ABC reserves the right to limit registrations. There is no cancellation refund within 4 days of the event.
