Guest Participant and Waiver

If you're not a member and wish to participate in a Club event as a guest, refer to the Full Events Calendar and contact any member of the Board if you you would like to talk about the event, Club or have questions about guest participation. The president can be reached at abc_pres@annapolisbicycleclub.org. 

You can find insurance information here. These are requirements of our insurance carrier:

Enroll in our system as a guest, complete a waiver, and obtain an invitation from any member prior to the ride.

Either enroll as a One Day Guest on line at Join which includes entering your contact information, emergency contact, reading and agreeing to the waiver. Please include your emergency contact for safety. 

Or, print, fill out, and sign this waiver and hand it to the ride leader, club officer or board member before the event. Send a photo of it to board@annapolisbicycleclub.org who can record it in the system.

Riding with ABC as a guest is a one-time event - once a guest has participated in one ride with ABC they need to join the club in order to participate in additional rides; they cannot use the guest waiver process a second time. 

Be sure to introduce yourself to the event leader and other members.
