The Lifeline ride is supported heavily by ABC volunteers who staff the four major rest stops. This pre-ride is for rest stop volunteers so that they have the opportunity to ride one of the Lifeline courses before the actual event.

The 10th annual Lifeline 100 annual ride will take place on Sunday, 10/6/2024

These rides will start at Ridgeway Elementary School in Severn, MD rather than Kinder Farm Park but other than that, we'll use the official Lifeline courses.

The 100 mile ride will begin at 7am and the metric 100KM ride will begin at 8am.
