Celebrate 33 Years of Annapolis Bicycle Club

Registration closed at 2pm on 3/11

Agenda is being finalized and includes:

• Social hour cash bar from 5:00pm-5:30pm in "The Players Grill"    

                                                 

• 33rd year toasts to ABC at 5:30pm in the The Players Grill
• Seating for meeting and dinner 5:30-7:30-ish. Preordered meals will be served. Our area will be nicely decorated for us

• Introductions of Club President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Board members, and our various leaders and volunteers
• Newer members welcome and introductions
• Valuable Club business - Safety; insurance; waivers; guests; by-laws; membership; financials; Ride with GPS club account, Strava Club, Instagram, Facebook, classes...
• Volunteer recognition
• Rides - Updates about our major and newer events

Any Member in good standing interested in these positions shall submit their interest by 3/05/25 at 11:59pm by sending an email  notice, with with optional bio and picture, to board@annapolisbicycleclub.org to be on the ballot.  Include the position your are interested in your email. Online voting will open shortly after that deadline via an email notice. You do not have to attend the meeting to vote.

Information about candidates, on-line voting, etc. will be on the bulletin board and emailed to members in advance. Election document link. or News web page.

Venue and meal - We will be in a private area. The meal is served individually and you'll order from the menu when you register. 

Registration - Covers meal, tax, tip, etc. ABC is paying the balance of the bill. Pay via this calendar entry on the website www.annapolisbicycleclub.org or our smart phone app when you register.

Cash bar for attendees to pay for all bar beverages.

Cost is $39.99. There is no cancellation refund within 4 days of the event.

Registration will close 4 days before the event.

Menu - Entrees are accompanied by a house salad, starch, vegetable, warm rolls & butter, coffee, iced tea & lemonade. Birthday cake for dessert.

Choose 1 entree per person when you register:

1. Beef Tips Burgundy - Beef tips cooked in burgundy wine with peppers, mushrooms, & onions

2. Brown Sugar Spice Salmon - Half pound Atlantic salmon seasoned with harissa spice & crusted brown sugar, & baked

3. Teriyaki Chicken - Basted in homemade teriyaki Sauce, completed with a grilled pineapple ring

4. Thai Vegetable Stir-Fry - Seasonal fresh vegetable sautéed in a mild curry cream sauce on top of a bed of rice

Other

• Registration will close when we meet the capacity limit 50 or the deadline of 4 days before the event. ABC reserves the right to limit registrations. 
• We will have our jerseys and our polo shirts to try on and buy at the meeting.
• Attire - athletic wear may be left at home and worn for another casual event.
