ABC 2023 Winter Party and Annual Meeting

All members and their guests are welcome!

Details are:

• Cocktail hour from 4-5pm in David's Bar. Many photos will be taken and shared
• 30th year toasts to ABC at 5pm in the bar
• Seating for dinner 5-6:30-ish. Preordered meals will be served. Our area will be nicely decorated for us
• Introductions of Club President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Board members, and our various leaders and volunteers. Gifts will be presented
• Welcome to our newer members
• Special Club recognition and awards

Venue and meal - ABC will be in a private area in David's Restaurant in Live! Hotel. The meal is served individually and you select from 7 entrees when you register. 

Registration covers meal entrée with bread service and salad, dessert, soft drinks, tax, tip, etc. ABC is paying the balance of the bill. Pay via the ABC website annapolisbicycleclub.org or our smart phone app when you register you and your guests. ABC birthday cake dessert is included.

Adult beverage bar service is a separate direct charge and payment to the staff.

ABC Menu: 

1. Eggplant Stack - fried eggplant, marinara, mozzarella, tomato insalata, whipped herb ricotta pesto
2. Miso Salmon - baby bok choy, wasabi mash, miso glaze
3. Parmasean Crusted Chicken - pesto whipped potato, tomato insalata, asparagus
4. Pene Alfredo pasta with optional chicken or shrimp - alfredo sauce, shaved parmasean
5. Signature Meatloaf - whipped potatoes, asparagus, tangy glaze
6. Tomato, Burrata, Caprese Salad with optional chicken or shrimp - heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, whipped herb ricotta, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic, fresh basil

David's has an extensive wine list, beer list, and specialty cocktails:

Attire: Khakis, slacks, button down shirt, ABC polo shirt, etc. Jeans and athletic wear are for another time. 

We will have our jerseys and our polo shirts to try on and buy. More about that at the dinner.
