Time for a change of scenery using the upper Lifeline 55 route.

Max Rand is the Ride Leader. Please stay close to the ride leader.

Average speed will be between 17-18 mph. There is a 15 mph trail speed limit while on the trail when around others. Please be courteous around the walkers and joggers.
