Please join us for the super fun ABC Summer Picnic!
The annual ABC picnic is scheduled for Sunday 8/30/26 at the Deale Beach Community Center.
Join us for another ABC picnic for a day of fun, food, games and socializing. Bring family - please leave your 4-legged family members at home.
The picnic will be catered by Bayside Bull and will offer smoked chicken pieces, pulled pork, mac n’ cheese, vegetarian baked beans, Cole slaw, salad, and rolls. We will provide water and sodas, feel free to BYOB.
Of course there will be Birthday Cake to celebrate August Birthdays!
We will be indoors at the clubhouse as well as on the grounds out back with a beautiful view of Carr's Creek.
Please bring a camp chair for sitting outdoors and any lawn games if you have them - we will have cornhole again!
- PARKING: parking is available along Main Street. near the Center; or follow the parking signs to 5980 6th. St. (Eileen’s house); or use the vacant lot on the left closer to the Bay. Eilleen and Jenn will be directing traffic as you arrive. :)
Beware Of The Deale Beach Ditches!! Use caution parking.
PLEASE register as soon as possible so we get an accurate count.
The cost per individual attendee is $25. Family are welcome. Please, everyone needs to register and pay in advance via the website. If you register using the smartphone app, do NOT select the "Invoice me" option.
Refunds will not be granted. Registration will close on 8/23/26 at 8am so we can call in the catering order. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requests.
