A mid-week spin starting at Tractor Supply parking lot in Edgewater and heading down south towards Deale via Muddy Creek. We will ride through SERC and down and back on Cumberstone Rd for a few extra gentle miles.

Stop at mile 25 at South County Cafe for a break. Re-group as necessary, with average speed of 16-17 mph. There will be one "free ride" segment to begin as soon as we turn right onto Owensville Rd for those who wish to push the pace a little. We will all re-group at the top after the left onto Sudley Rd. Otherwise we will stay together!
