Join us for the inaugural ABC Tour de Capitols on Sunday, May 18.

We'll ride from the Maryland State House, 100 State Circle, Annapolis , MD 21401, to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington D.C. and back. Meet at the Thurgood Marshall statue on the northern side of the State House (shown in picture).
Pace: 13-14 mph avg, some rollings hills, ~4000 feet elevation gain
We'll ride along paved roads, trails and bike lanes. The route follows the East Coast Greenway as we leave Annapolis. We'll bike over Governor's Bridge, navigate Bowie, and use the American Discovery trail bridge to get over Rt. 50. We'll get on the WB&A trail heading toward New Carrollton and before long we're on the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail (ART) taking us the rest of the way. Break for lunch in DC before returning with some riding on bike lanes along Rt. 450.
