Join ABC for a Sunday Spin

Starting out at Southern High School heading south towards Sands, across McKendree, not quite all the way to Chesapeake Beach, looping back up through Fairhaven and Sudley. Potential rest stop ~mile 20 at La Bella Italia, however I do not believe there are public restrooms available. This restaurant is located just beyond the traffic circle in Friendship on the right.
