Come to the Island. Not Fantasy Island, Kent Island! We'll be riding the Kent Island Flatlander, which has 28, 35 & 50 mile options.  If you want to get away from civilization and enjoy a bit of Island life, join us for a fun Eastern Shore ride.

We will visit the Matapeake Pier on the Bay, then ride to the Southern tip of the island (Kent Point), then to Romancoke Pier, then to the Northern tip of Kent Island (Love Point), back to the start and then travel to Turkey Point and return.

This will accomplish Queen Anne's County (QuAC) for the ABC Tour of Md Challenge.

NOTE: For the first 4 miles, this will be a social group ride until the scenic Matapeake State Park Pier and take a group photo with the Chesapeake Bay.

We can break into speed groups coming out of Matapeake Park (mile 4.7), with these Ride Leaders:

David Zauche - 18mph/avg

Jim Miner - 16 mph/avg

TBD -14 mph/avg

There are restrooms at Old Love Point Park, and at Romancoke Pier.

RWGPS route:  50 miles

RWGPS route:  35 miles

RWGPS route:  28 miles
