This is the route.

This is a very fast paced group-ride style weekly event departing the parking lot outside of Parvilla Cycles in Edgewater. Details are here.

This ride is different than most. Rather than the typical free-for-all, this ride is governed by a guide who controls the pace for the majority of the route. Speeds vary from 15-17mph on rollers to 20+mph on the flats. You are not required to ride at the front. For those that have the need for speed, there are 4 "Free Ride" sections throughout the ride, all of which include an uphill where you can test your fitness. Riders are allowed to go as hard or as easy as they like through these sections and then stop and regroup at the end of each. There is plenty of recovery pacing with a few hard efforts. Average speed for the entire ride is approx 20mph.
