Sands Road Park - 73 miles - 16-18 MPH

It's time to start ramping up your miles for the Lifeline 100 pre-ride!

Note:  7:30 a.m. start because of the length!

This fun little ride heads south through the Pindells, then makes its way to Lower Marlboro.  After leaving Lower Marlboro, the route heads east through Calvert County, before turning north to go into Chesapeake Beach, North Beach, and the like.  A swing through Deale gives us another rest stop, then head north back to Route 2 and Harwood, and a few miles south on Sands to get back to the start point.

Huntingtown - 32.8 miles - Bowen's Grocery

(if needed) Rose Haven - 48.2 miles (if needed) - Chesapeake Market & Deli

Deale - 57.4 miles - South County Cafe
