It's time to start ramping up your mileage for the Lifeline 100 pre-ride!

This route reverses many of our usual routes to North Beach - this one heads south via Nutwell-Sudley and Franklin Gibson, down Leitch, and up Fairhaven, then down into Rose Haven, for a break at the deli there (around mile 30).

Then we head to Chesapeake Beach and north on Route 2, with an amusing little detour to Deale that crosses the route south, twice. Back to the park via Bay Front, Mt. Zion, Ed Prout, and Sands.

There are several places to shorten the route if you want, such as cutting off that Deale detour entirely, or shortening the detour by taking Ed Prout north to Bay Front.

We will probably have a variety of riders at speeds of 16-18 mph.
