8 & 9 AM Start times: ABC Multi Class Ride - Fast & Express Trains To Chesapeake

UPDATE: 8 AM START FOR THE 61 MILER, 9 AM START FOR THE 46 MILER.

Yet another one of Tina's favorite rides, and a classic one at that.

The Fast & Express Trains To Chesapeake! 

This is a multi class ride:

61 Mile Route - 17-18 MPH Pace - Eric Veit - starting at 8 am

46 Mile Route - 14-16 MPH Pace - Tina McDermott - starting at 9 am

Both routes starts at Southern High School and are among Tina's favorite rides!  We ride up Harwood rd to Sands, then Ed Prout, Brooks Woods, Wilson, Friendship then up to Mt. Harmony Rd where we drop down to Chesapeake Beach.  We plan to stop in North Beach for a beautiful view of the Bay and then ride to Rosehaven's little store for a break and some snacks.  The return trip will be up Friendship to Fairhaven, Leitch and Franklin Gibson and finally through the rolling hills of Sudley (my favorite).
