This week's Sat Ride will be the Southern High School 40 miler, led by Tina McDermott a 14-15mph pace.

The route starts at Southern High School at 9:00 A.M. and its one of Tina's favorite rides! We ride up Patuxent River road to Sands, then Ed Prout, Brooks Woods, Wilson, Friendship and down to North Beach. We plan to stop in North Beach for a beautiful view of the Bay and then ride to Rosehaven's little store for a break and some snacks. The return trip will be up Friendship to Fairhaven, Leitch and Franklin Gibson and finally through the rolling hills of Sudley (my favorite).
