ABC Kent Island criterion training (postponing)

John Tyrrell is leading a different type of ride at the southern tip of Kent Island. These will be 6 mile laps for criterion training.

All are welcome to ride as many laps as you want and at any speed.

JT and Paul G is planning on 50 miles nonstop at 17-19 MPH.

Meet at the park and ride at 10:30 and then drive down to the starting area at the southern tip of the island by Kent Point Marina.

There is very little traffic on this course and will be good training for braking, accelerating, sprinting, and sustained pace.

This course mimics the USA Cycling Armed Forces Classic in June in Crystal City.
