This is background for ABC members. Please click if you are going to register with Seagull and ride the event so we have an idea which of our members will be there.

A good place to park Saturday is on the main campus in the lot off of Camden Avenue by Holloway Hall or Blackwell Hall. Just arrive by 6am to park. Then ride across campus, through the tunnel under US-13 to the starting area. This is a great spot near the finish.

The 100 mile riders can gather near the starting point by the parking garage and practice track field at the corner of Bateman Street and Wayne Street at 06:40 so we can roll before the wind picks up. We can talk and find out who plans on riding what speed, etc.

Some of us are planning on riding as a fast group to average 18 MPH.. As long and the wind cooperates, we stay together in a rotating pace line. The last 20 miles can be a free ride.

We are planning on a short social Friday at The Irish Penny Pub near campus  to celebrate one of our riders birthday. The pub address is 1014 S Salisbury Blvd, Salisbury, MD 21801. Not sure the time but probably 8pm-10pm.

Please wear your ABC jersey on the ride.
