The annual ABC picnic is scheduled !!

Registration closed Friday at 2pm

The annual ABC picnic is scheduled for 9/12/21 at the Sandy Point State Park, Bluefish Shelter, rain or shine.

The pavilion is ours all day so feel free to use it from 9am to sunset. Our picnic events will begin at 1pm with food delivery from Mission BBQ around 2pm. We are working on the catering which will include a variety of options including BBQ, side items, salads, watermelon, and dessert via a served buffet.

The pavilion fee includes an alcohol permit which is BYO. Soft drinks and waters will be provided.

We will have our usual raffle for cycling related items as well as corn hole and music. Please bring other games like Jenga, horseshoes, and anything else fun.

The cost per individual attendee is $12.00 and ABC is covering the rest and guests are welcome. Everyone needs to register and pay in advance via the website. If you register using the smartphone app, do NOT select the "Invoice me" option.

Refunds will not be granted. Registration will close on 9/10/21 so we can call in the catering order. Please let us know if you have special dietary requests by sending an email to kathy.fox.kcf@gmail.com.

We need a few volunteers to help set things up. Please contact Kathy Fox to lend a hand at kathy.fox.kcf@gmail.com.

Feel free to bring a bike and get a ride in ahead of time.

Note that there is a nominal fee to enter the park. The fee is waived for military members and veterans who can show proof of service (CAC card, DD-214, Driver License with veteran designation, etc.). More information is down below.

See you then!
