PD's Short'n'Steep (Crownsville)

This is the weekly Saturday 14-15mph. 

This ride is currently a 'Meet-up' ride at Crownsville Park at 9AM. Ride will take Paul Doughty's Short'n'Steep route; 16 miles at  14-15 mph pace, about 1100 ft elevation gain, no drop. 

Route heads from Crownsville toward Herald Harbor via River Road, Old Herald Harbor to Sunrise Beach, then on to St. Stevens Church Road, Chesterfield Rd, and finishing back at the park.

Good for those who can't be out for the whole morning and don't want to be tired all day. It's like riding along with the Tour de France riders on the Mt Ventoux stages, just with smaller elevations and you won't be left in the dust.
