This ride cruises through St. Mary's County and keeps elevation low at about 2200'. Average speed is anticipated to be 16.5-17.0 MPH. A few points of interest on the Route include:
Patuxent river via the Sandgates, the Leonardtown Wharf, St. Mary's, Piney Point Beach, and Point Lookout State Park.
This is a first time event; the roads appear to be good cycling roads utilizing strava heat map features, and there may be a fee to enter Point Lookout State Park.
Start location is Hollywood Elementary School at 44345 Joy Chapel Road in Hollywood Maryland.
