Southern Maryland Winery Ride

Wine Ride: 50 mi. with options for less 14-17 mph (no-drop); 9 AM Saturday October 28 (rain date Sunday October 29). 

Ride leader: Tina Frye with assistance from her able bodied friends Mark, John, Ken, Kenny, etc. The route consists mainly of rolling hills and overlaps much of the Patuxent River Rural Legacy Ride.

Wine tasting leader: Tina Frye (no assistance needed). So bring your friends, spouses, etc, and enjoy a beautiful fall day riding your bike (optional) and sampling some fine wine. At the finish enjoy a tasting of fine wines and meet local vintner, Jane, who has studied the art of wine making in Napa Valley and honed her craft here in Maryland.

Other important information: The cost for the wine tasting is $7. Please bring additional $$ for snacks and wine.

Start location: Start at the JaneMark tasting location - 15200 Baden Naylor Rd, Brandywine, MD (look for the Grape Vines with the Barn in the back. If you're on the dirt driveway to the barn with the vines on your left, you are in the right spot) Port-a-Potty is behind the barn. Please do not park at the winery's main location!
